WTW offers flat-rate shipping to Australia, New Zealand, the US and the UK via Australia Post’s carbon neutral delivery service. Please allow 1-2 business days after placing your order for your parcel to be packed and shipped.

80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes - 1 business day.

If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia post will use the fastest possible transport links to deliver your package.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase, in its original condition, and we’ll happily refund you the cost of the item/s. 

Unfortunately we can’t cover the cost of return shipping at this time.

Faulty items

Eek, we’re really sorry!In the unlikely event your item/s are faulty or damaged, take some photos and send them to us at support@wethewomen.store - we’ll get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.

Returns T&C’s

- Item/s must be returned to WTW within 30 days of purchase,
- Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached,
- Must not have deodorant, make-up or fake tan marks,
- Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing power.
